What is LACNIP?

Formed in 1993, Lima-Allen County Neighborhoods in Partnership (LACNIP) is a non-profit organization that works with community members and other community organizations to create a better place to live for all residents of the Lima and Allen County areas through various programs and services
LACNIP wants community members living in the Lima-Allen County area to continue to work to improve where we live through various efforts such as getting involved in a neighborhood association, utilizing our services or participating in one of our events.
Our Purpose
LACNIP advocates for improvements in housing, safety, justice, equality, diversity, health and the environment through education, cooperation and accountability.
Our Vision
LACNIP unites and leads diverse groups to make Lima-Allen county a more desirable place to live, work, play and raise a family!
